Win your purchase price back with a review

By writing reviews, you help us and all other customers to make a good choice. Every two months, we will choose the nicest, most useful or most interesting review. You win your purchase amount back up to a maximum of € 100. Every two months, everyone has a chance to win again.

Write a review on our webshop

You can write a review on our webshop as follows:

1. Go to My Account and log in.
2. Click on the product you want to write a review about.
3. Scroll down and click on the “Write review” button.
4. Enter your opinion and click send.

Promotion conditions

These action terms and conditions apply to the ‘Win your purchase money back’ win action of Puro located at Stevert 34(5524 KC) in Steensel. The action period runs from 1 July 2023 to 31 December 2026. During this period, you can win your purchase amount back up to a maximum of €100. One person will have a chance to win back his or her purchase amount every two months. By participating in the promotion, the participant declares to agree with the promotion terms and conditions / rules of the game below.

General

1. The competition will run from 1 July 2023 to 31 December 2026.
2. The action is organised by Puro, located at Stevert 34, 5524 KC Steensel.
3. The product must have been purchased through Puro.co.uk during the period 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2024.
4. Purchase amounts higher than €100. will be included in the draw, but a maximum of €100 will be paid out.
5. Payout will take place in the form of a gift card for our webshop.
6. No correspondence can be entered into about the result.
7. Puro is entitled to unilaterally amend or modify the terms and conditions of the promotion during the term of the promotion, or to interrupt this promotion if circumstances dictate, without Puro being liable to compensate the participants in any way as a result.
8. Puro will treat all personal data it obtains as part of this promotion confidentially and in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act.
9. Puro will only use the personal data of the winner and participants for this promotion and will never provide, sell or rent it to third parties.

The action works as follows

1. During the promotional period, the participant makes a purchase via Puro.nl and writes a review on Puro.nl.
2. The participant automatically participates if he/she has bought a product through the webshop during the promotion period and has written a review with the same e-mail address.
3. The participant completes the required data completely and truthfully.
4. The participant agrees to these promotional terms and conditions.
5. Writing multiple reviews for multiple products increases your chances of winning.
6. If the winner cannot be reached, Puro reserves the right to choose a new winner after 5 working days.

Participation

1. Participation in this promotion is free of charge and open to any person residing in the Netherlands or Belgium during the promotion period and fulfilling the conditions as listed above under ‘The promotion works as follows’.’
2. To participate in the promotion, the participant must:
   a. be at least 18 years old
   b. be resident in the Netherlands or Belgium
   c. have made a purchase through Puro.nl
   d. have written a review on Puro.nl.
   e. agree to these conditions of action
3. Puro may disqualify and/or exclude from participation any participant if the participant in question:
   - breaches these terms and conditions in any way (or Puro suspects this)
   - provides incomplete, incorrect, or misleading information in violation of the law, or otherwise acts unlawfully towards Puro or third parties
4. Participation expires if a participant returns the purchase (or part of it).
5. These promotional terms and conditions apply in addition to Puro's General Terms and Conditions of Competition/Winning.
6. The promotion is subject to obvious printing, typing and typesetting errors.
