If you place an order via our webshop before 12:30 on working days (Monday to Friday), we will dispatch your order the same day. Within the Netherlands, your order will almost certainly (>98% chance) be delivered the next day. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with a track & trace code to track your package(s).

On the morning of delivery, you will receive a message (Predict) in which 1-hour period your parcel will be delivered. This message contains a link to have your parcel delivered on another day.
Delivery driver tries to deliver the parcel to neighbours
If you are not present, the courier will try to deliver your parcel to your neighbours, so you can still get your parcel quickly. If your parcel was successfully delivered to a neighbour's home, you will receive a confirmation from the deliverer. If not, your order will be delivered to a DPD Parcel Point.
You can have the order delivered to a specific place
For this, you have to give a drop-off authorisation to the delivery person yourself.

One-time deposit permission (per package)
On the morning of delivery, you will receive a message (Predict) for each parcel in which 1-hour period your order will be delivered. This message contains a link to various options for changing your delivery. If you choose drop-off permission, you give the driver permission to drop off only that specific parcel at a safe place near your home.
Permanent deposit permission
If you always want your orders dropped off at your home in a specific safe place, you can indicate this on DPD's drop-off form. This can be downloaded from https://www.dpd.com/nl/nl/ontvangen/.
Yes you can. On the morning of delivery, you will receive a message (Predict) in which 1-hour period your parcel will be delivered. This message contains a link that allows you to indicate that you want your order to be delivered to another address or to a Pickup Parcel Shop of DPD. Please note that the parcel will then be delivered a day later.
